Our Mission and Guidelines

The Avalon Board of Directors mission is to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood through effective and proactive management of our resources and our common areas; reliable and consistent enforcement of our rules and covenants; and ethical and fiscally responsible solutions that maximize our property values and plan for the future.

Guidelines

1.

Employ established management practices and sound business principles to make “best judgement” decisions in respect to enhancing our property values and managing the affairs of the Association.

Take a fair and ethical approach to upholding our governing documents.

 

 

3.

Be good stewards in the administration of Association Funds. Conduct business with transparency, make available statements of receivables and expenses on a periodic basis. Make sound decisions keeping in mind the financial needs and obligations of the Association.

Treat all issues and residents with respect. Work in a professional and objective manner to resolve issues. Communicate resolutions in a clear and timely manner. Keep in mind the interests of the association as a whole.

Register with Avalon

 

 

You must register at this website to gain access to the private and secured portions of the site, and to receive pedestrian access and email communications from the Avalon Board. Click here to register. If you have any questions, contact your Avalon Board.

Mailbox Access

 

 

You will receive the key to your mailbox from the former owner or your realtor. If you did not, call USPS at 800-275-8777. Mailboxes are not owned by Avalon.

Gate Access for Vehicles

 

 

The EZ tag or TX tag on your vehicles must be registered with Avalon to open the gates. You will be granted access to the Tolltag and Vehicle Information form when you log in to the website. You will need your tolltag (EZ tag or TX tag) number, the vehicle license plate number, and the make, model and year of your vehicle.

Currently Avalon is not providing access cards.

Pools, Tennis Courts & Clubhouse

 

 

Passes are available from Seven Meadows.

Maintaining Avalon’s distinguished reputation requires a commitment from all residents to meet our high community standards. All homeowners should receive a copy of the official Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) when they purchase a home in Avalon. You can download a complete list of official CCRs here.

Register with Seven Meadows

 

 

You must complete a Seven Meadows registration form located on the Seven Meadows website to be included on emails from Seven Meadows.

Amenities

Pools

 

 

Seven Meadows has two neighborhood pools. Hours are posted on the Seven Meadows website. A Seven Meadows access card is required to use the pool.

Central Park

 

 

In addition to the six-acre greenspace, the area contains a recreation center with meeting rooms, an exercise facility open 24×7, and a media room. A Seven Meadows access card is required to use the gym.

Parks & Playground

 

 

Avalon has a park located in the Manors section at the intersection of Catalina Island Drive and Little Harbor Way. The Avalon park contains a jungle gym and soccer field. Click here to download the Avalon playground use rules. Seven Meadows has over 15 other parks including a dog park..
